When the network system breakdowns, the network monitor technician fixes the network, performs repairs and restores the system up as fast as possible.
This can involve the technician to work at all hours of the day, based on when the network interruption occurs. The technicians supervise complex network modules and are in charge of network management.
They perform troubleshooting on a daily basis. The work of a technician entails maintaining network, servers, and telecom equipment in an organization.
The technicians monitor big computer networks and servers for issues from a centralized location. They analyze problems, performs repair and event response on the network system, connect with site technicians and track issues to the resolution.
